  1. If the election was only in the Maori seats, National would win the most electorates? Weird.

  2. I think it assumes that general electorates are held.

  3. Yeah, its if the Party List vote nationwide had been the same as the party list vote in the Maori seats. That's why the National Party has such a huge overhang ~ its party list is 8.5%, well under the electorates it won.
